When purchasing an item from the online store, the checkout takes you via PayPal, were you are given the option to pay via PayPal OR Pay with debit or credit card without being a Paypal member.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from the USA unless otherwise stated. Mail-order items are generally dispatched the next working day or the Thursday.
We do not ship on UK public holidays, orders made on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

International Signed For Service
We customers outside the USA the option of having their package sent via an International Signed For service. This requires a signature on delivery.
